As for me, my favourite moment was when Beth Tweddle picked up her bronze medal. We were lucky enough to have seats right at the front for her Uneven Bars final and she was amazing. A long awaited and well deserved medal - well done Beth!

Before the Olympics started I was not too fussed but as the days went by I found myself glued to the TV. I never expected to find tears of joy rolling down my face when we our girls won gold in the rowing and that was just the beginning. The Dressage to music just took my breath away, it was fantastic to think that such a young rider was able to control a horse in that way and let him strut his stuff for all to see. Pure magic and something I will never forget.

It has to be when Usain Bolt won the 100m - fantastic!

My favourite moment was watching the Tom Daleys bronze in the 10m diving after all the pressure hes had and his personal tragedy. His genuine happiness at winning not the gold but the bronze was an inspiration to all who watched!!

It's hard to pick a memorable moment with so many fantastic performances from Team GB but Jessica Ennis racing round the track to win the final event and win gold bought a huge smile to my face.

Sir Chris Hoy winning his second gold, what an achievement.

My favourite moment was when Tom Daley won the bronze in the 10m platform dive, after all he has been through he really deserved it!

The cheering when the UK are just about to get a gold in the athletics stadium.

My best Olympics moment was Jessica Ennis winning the gold. It was so well deserved and the crowd were going wild! Shes such an inspiration.

Sarah Attar may have been last in her heat, but I was cheering her on, just being a participant was an achievement.

My favourite moment was after Mo Farah won his first gold medal and his daughter ran to him and he picked her up and hugged her like she was the gold medal. Priceless.

clairedeakin

My favourite moment was Sir Steve Redgrave congratulating Sir Chris Hoy on his sixth gold medal, 2 legends with so much respect for each other.

When Tom Daley found out he won bronze and jumped in the pool with some of his team

best bit has got to be when he won 3 golds yet again!

My favorite part of the Olympics was also from the Gymnastics. I was just truly impressed by Jennifer Pinches (Team GB Gymnast). She fell off the beam during the women's team final and was very shaky throughout it, but she continued on till she was finished. My favorite part was her recovery from that, because she then blew everyone away with her floor routine, it was so powerful and she landed every jump brilliantly. I was very proud that she was representing GB, as she didn't let one bad routine ruin her overall performance.

Favourite moment was the Mens Canoe Slalom when we won Gold and Silver-not a sport I have watched much before but very exciting.

My favourite moment was when Mo Farah won gold in the 10,000m! I also am looking forward to the Closing Ceremony tonight, particularly as Muse are performing as I am a huge Muse fan!!

One of my favorite moments of the Games was seeing Mo Farah and Usain Bolt mimicking each others' trademark poses on the podium together. Great fraternity between them and a picture to aspire too for the upcoming generation.

My favourite moment was watching Mo Farrah win the 10,000 metres.

My favourite moment off the Olympic games so far is when Helen Glover and Heather Standing won the rowing for team GB. This was such an emotional performance as they were carried along by the cheer off our counties people. This is such a great achievement for both off them as well as doing the nation proud.

emma4eva86

Jess Ennis' win in the Heptathlon, I have no idea how she finds the energy to train and be brilliant in 7 events :) I was tired just watching her!

I think I will take up rowing as you seem to win a medal then get a hug from Steve Redgrave. The man is a legend but so supportive to the rowing fraternity. Its so wonderful to see his emotion and hear his expertise.

fuzzywuzzy

J Ennis come off the bend in the 800 and run to win the race, not just for the gold. True Olympian spirit for me.

misstyrian

My absolute favourite Olympic moment would have to be watching Mo Farrah win his second Gold last night. I've never watched a race where someone ran with so much determination to win for national pride. I felt goosebumps watching him.

jrandrews72

Katherine Copeland and Sophie Hosking winning and collecting their medals. Their tears of joy are my greatest memory. What an achievement.

Klaus1

Gemma winning her medal in the Judo because it looked like hardwork and she so so deserved it.

My favourite moment of the Olympics was when Mo Farrah did the lightening bolt and Ussain Bolt did the Mobot together
