1. To enter the prize draw you will need to complete your name and email address in the above form
2. Prize includes:
   - 1 x Glamping experience for two to Smoked & Uncut at THE PIG-at Bridge Place, Kent - August 11th-13th 2023, including entrance tickets and all Glamping experience inclusions
   - 1 x Belstaff Trialmaster Jacket in a size of your choosing
   - 1 x INEOS Grenadier driving experience for 2 at a choice of locations and dates around the UK. The experience includes driving on road and off-road alongside a professional driver in a Grenadier, activities and lunch/refreshments for 2 people. Subject to availability. Dates available in the second half of 2023 and first half of 2024. Drivers must hold a valid full UK driving licence and have held it for a minimum of 2 years, be over the age of 21, have not had any disqualifications in the past 12 months and have no more than 6 penalty points.
   - 1 x overnight midweek stay for two at Lime Wood with dinner in Hartnett Holder & Co, Herb House Spa access and breakfast. Additional food, drinks and treatments are not included. Valid Monday – Thursday only and excludes bank holidays, to be redeemed between 4^th September and 28th December 2023, subject to availability. Once initially redeemed any outstanding amounts cannot be transferred to a future visit. Terms & Conditions subject to change.
3. Competition closes Tuesday 6th June 2023
4. If prize winner is unable to attend the Smoked & Uncut festival, the winner can transfer their tickets to friends or family. Festival organisers just need to be contacted and informed of the change of names to the tickets and they will be re-issued.
5. The prize is non-transferable to any other Smoked & Uncut festival and is only valid at THE PIG-at Bridge Place.
6. No cash or credit alternative will be given for any prize.
7. You will not be able to enter the festival site without entrance tickets .
8. Entrants must be over 18 years old.
9. Expenses, travel, feasting, food, drinks, treatments and other other product or service not outlined above is included during the festival or overnight stay at Lime Wood.
10. The prize will need to be claimed within 7 days of notification otherwise we will choose an alternative winner at random.
11. Winner will be drawn at random and notified by email by Tuesday 9th June 2023.
12. Smoked & Uncut and INEOS Grenadier reserve the right to cancel any participation to this contest.
13. The promoter does not accept any responsibility for technical failures which prevent entry into the competition
14. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify incomplete, illegal, fraudulent, misdirected, delayed or corrupted entries whether due to error, transmission interruption or otherwise.
15. No trade, consumer groups or 3rd party applications are acceptable.
16. Entrants' personal data will be collected, stored and processed for the purposes of administering and assessing this prize draw. Personal data will not be passed onto third parties.
17. Entrants’ personal data will be used for marketing purposes from Smoked & Uncut if checking consent to the Smoked & Uncut marketing communications box.
18. Entrants’ personal data will be used for marketing purposes from INEOS Grenadier if checking consent to the INEOS Grenadier marketing communications box.
19. Entrants’ personal data will be used for marketing purposes from Belstaff if checking consent to the Belstaff marketing communications box.
20. The Promoter's decision is final and binding on the entrants in all promotional matters. Any legal interpretations will be based on English law and the Courts of England will have exclusive jurisdiction
21. The Promoters reserve the right to vary, amend or temporarily suspend this promotion in the event of any unforeseen circumstances or technical reason outside its reasonable control, with no liability to any entrants
22. By entering the prize draw you are accepting these terms and conditions. Entries which are not in accordance with the terms and conditions will not count. Smoked & Uncut and INEOS Grenadier's joint decision in respect of all matters to do with the prize draw will be final
