How are the pairs of blue notes related to each other?

USEFUL HINTS

Hint #1: Think outside the box, circle, rectangle, or whatever!

Hint #2: The line starts on a note and is paired with the other note where the line ends. Notes in-between have no significance.

In other words, pairing lines passing over notes mean nothing. For example: D# and F# are related as indicated by the blue line (however, notes E and F have nothing to do with puzzle solution).
