The prize box comes with a shallow side drawer featuring adjustable dividers and a deep side drawer that offers a huge amount of storage space for larger items. There’s a cavernous 120mm base to the box as well, which is actually made from three 40mm spacer units, so this section can be altered to 40, 80 or 120mm depths depending on how much kit you need to carry.

The stack system features click locks, which are easy to use and shouldn’t cause any problems when you’re fumbling about with wet, cold hands. And there’s a ridge/recess compression seal on each layer to prevent any water ingress. As you would expect, the included pole seat is comfortable and features a recess at the front to locate the end of your pole when you're fishing with a bump bar. There are also two spirit levels supplied in two different orientations – one on the side of the box and one on the rear. These allow you to get the box level on all axes to help you enjoy the most comfortable day’s fishing possible.

The box is supplied with six 36mm fully adjustable, locking legs, offering plenty of scope to cope with both fishing from commercial platforms and for getting level and comfortable if you’re positioning your box out in the water or on uneven banks. The legs also feature threaded inserts for easy attachment of any accessories you may need. The supplied, threaded ‘D’ badged inserts cover the threads when not in use, too.The colour scheme is subtle but striking, finished in Daiwa’s recognisable black with red accents and minimal livery. The padded carry strap is also comfortable over the shoulder, but can easily be removed if preferred.
