Terms and Conditions
1. Promoter: Sanex Guildford Business Park Rd, Guildford GU2 8JZ (“Promoter”, “Sanex” or “we”)
2. By entering and participating in this Promotion, you (“Entrant” or “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and represent that you satisfy all of the eligibility requirements set out below.
How to Enter
3. This Promotion runs on the @SanexUK Instagram channel from 15/04/24 – 28/04/24 (the “Promotion Period”)
4. TThis Promotion is open to Sanex followers, who are over the age of 18 and UK residents. Employees of Sanex, its affiliates and any of the agencies or companies associated with this Promotion including their immediate families are not eligible for prizes.
5. No purchase necessary, however internet access and a valid Instagram account are required.
6. To enter the promotion, entrants must enter their contact details, and skin type interest within the Sanex lead generation form. Entries must be complete before 11:59 pm on 28/04/24 or you would not be eligible.
7. Maximum of 1 entry is permitted per person during the Promotion Period. No person may win more than 1 Prize.
8. There will be 1 winner who will each receive 1 Prize.
9. Only the respondents who have liked and commented will be included in prize draw. The winner will be selected randomly from all valid entries received during the Promotion Period on 29/04/24. Provided no objection is received from the winners, a winner list containing the surname and county of residence of the winner will be made available by the Promoter after the close of the Promotion Period. It will be available on request by contacting the Promoter. Without prejudice, the Promoter will provide winner information to the Advertising Standards Authority if requested by them.
10. The winners will be notified by a Sanex representative via direct message within 14 working days from the date of the draw. Each winner will need to respond to the Sanex direct message received within 14 days to claim their prize or forfeit this prize. If a prize is not claimed we will re-draw a new prize winner. If the second winner does not claim their prize within the stipulated time, the prize becomes null and void. Should Sanex be unable to contact the winner or should the winner be unable to accept the prize, Sanex reserves the right to award the prize to an alternative winner, drawn in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
11. 12. Prizes may differ from the photo shown or listed above depending on stock and availability.
13. Entrants consent to the Promoter using the Entrant’s name and Instagram handle. This information will be used to contact the winner and deliver the prize. The winner must provide an address for delivery of the prize.
14. All prizes are not transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
15. Sanex reserves the right to substitute a prize for one of equal or greater value if the designated prize should become unavailable for any reason.
16. In the event of a dispute, Sanex’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
17. Sanex is entitled to institute any reasonable security measures to ensure that the rules are adhered to. Sanex reserves the right to delete duplicate and fraudulent entries, as well as disqualify entrants if we suspect any activity not deemed within the spirit of the Promotion has taken place.
18. Sanex reserves the right to alter, cancel or delay this Promotion without notice.
19. Sanex respects your privacy in accordance with the laws protecting personal data including without limitation the EU and UK General Data Protection Regulation and the Data Protection Act 2018. If you provide personal data to Sanex in connection with this Promotion, Sanex will only process it in connection with the Promotion, for its record-keeping purposes and in connection with its activities that relate to it. If entrants choose the “opt in for marketing purposes” option, these details will be stored in a confidential manner and will not be handed out to any external parties or used for anything other than marketing related activity. 20. The Promotion is subject to English law and jurisdiction. You irrevocably agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with this Promotion.
21. The Promotion is not linked to Instagram and is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated in any way with Instagram. Your use of Instagram is subject to Instagram’s terms and conditions. Sanex disclaims any liability should you fail to comply with Instagram’s terms and conditions.
