Prize Draw T&C’s

The Prize Draw ends 6th May 2024. Entries after this date will not be counted.

Ringtons will select one winner at random from all entries received who will be notified via phone or email after 7th May which will include further details on how to claim their prize.

The winner must respond within seven days to claim the prize. If the prize hasn’t been claimed within seven days, we will reselect a new winner at random.

The prize includes:

• A year's worth of tea and biscuits from Rintgons (24 packs of tea, and 12 packs of biscuits of your choice from our core range).
• Afternoon tea for two at Totally Delicious tearooms.
• Entry for two to Trentham Gardens.

Ringtons Standard T&C’s

By participating in our competition, entrants agree that they have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Participants must be 18+ and a resident of the UK.

Employees of Ringtons Ltd are not eligible to take part and any such entries will be null and void.

The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes.

They understand that additional terms and conditions may be applied by Trentham Gardens or Totally Delicious that pertain to their part of the prize.

Ringtons reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize of similar value in the event the original prize offered is not available.

For the purpose of sending out the prize the winners will be asked for their contact details. These contact details will only be used for sending out the prize and for any relevant communication regarding the Prize Draw. Contact details will not be used beyond this purpose, unless you agree otherwise.

Ringtons shall use and take care of any personal data that you supply to it as described in its privacy policy, a copy of which can be seen here, and in accordance with data protection legislation.

Ringtons reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this Prize Draw with or without prior notice due to reasons outside its control (including, without limitation, in the case of anticipated, suspected or actual fraud). The decision of Ringtons Ltd in all matters under its control is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.

This Prize Draw is in no way sponsored, endorsed or associated with Facebook, Instagram or Twitter.

Ringtons will not accept responsibility for entries that are lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind

Ringtons accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering the Prize Draw or accepting the prize.

Ringtons Ltd shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations where the failure is caused by something outside its reasonable control. Such circumstances shall include, but not be limited to, weather conditions, fire, flood, hurricane, strike, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, inevitable accidents, supervening legislation or any other circumstances amounting to force majeure.

The Prize Draw will be governed by English law and entrants to the Prize Draw submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
