Founded in 2021 by brothers Thom and Charlie, New Theory is all about smashing down the walls of wine and making low-intervention juice more accessible and approachable. They believe that you don’t need to be an expert to enjoy great wine – simply get some pals together, stick on the tunes and pop open a bottle (or several) of the good stuff.
Sustainably farmed in South Africa, these vegan-friendly wines are refreshingly unpretentious, built for both sticky dance floors and candle-lit dinner tables.

Pot Luck
A modern take on the ancient winemaking process, petillant naturel, this sparkling pinotage is bursting with notes of raspberry and peach.
White Lies
The cooling effect of the elevation and breeze from False Bay, as well as the granite-derived soils, creates this clean, skin-contact pinot gris with notes of grapefruit and white peach.
Low intervention wines from New Theory
Love Bite
A fresh, beaujolais-style chilled cinsault from the Stellenbosch area, picked from old vines and packed with notes of juicy, red fruits.
Growing Pains
Picked from an old block overlooking the Atlantic Ocean and barrel-matured for ten months, this medium-bodied cinsault has a healthy concentration of red fruits and soft tannins.
