Nematodes are biological control in the form of parasitic worms that you can water into your garden.
They swim through the soil and once they've found a slug, vine weevil or leatherjacket, they attach themselves like a parasite.
They then release bacteria into the host’s body to kill them, then eat the host.
These mighty worms are tough on pests but cause no harm to pets, children and wider wildlife.
