It was about 3 years ago when I saw the competition to win a holiday in Alicante in The Prize Finder. I had to submit a recipe to the La Tasca Tomatina competition. My recipe was: Salmon and Prawn Balls in Tomato Sauce. To my surprise, I actually won the first prize. I had a really nice holiday in Alicante with my husband.
