It's been a few weeks since Facebook updated their Promotion Guidelines and Terms of Use for Pages. Apps are no longer required, and companies can now run competitions and prize draws directly on their Facebook page, or 'timeline'.

We're already a week into August - sorry I'm so late getting the wins post up! I moved house last week and have had a bit of trouble getting online.
