I had a dry spell in autumn 2014 and then this January 2015 my luck has risen again! :)
    I won in January..
    - A MASSIVE Cadburys hamper, which I'd love to say I shared (but I didn't...)
    - A free clean of my flat, which is also amazing as I hate cleaning with a passion
    - Posh bottles of rum and whiskey.. worth around £60
    - £60 Meal for two in the city where I live
    - Shower gel
    - £50 Amazon voucher
    - 30 curry sauces and 15 accompanying dips
    Thank you, PrizeFinder!
(However I do hold you responsible for my increasing waistline due to all the chocolate and curry sauces which I have been tragically burdened with, whilst everyone I know is doing January health kicks!)

  • Winning Run!

I entered a competition to win a place on a half marathon through the Independent, at the time of entering I realised that the race would take place on my birthday and I did have second thoughts about entering.... after all do I really want to run 13 miles on my birthday?! However I thought that I wouldn't be likely to win anyway so I pressed the button. A few weeks later I got a call to say I had a place on the Bath half marathon, I was really shocked but said I would take up the place so I've been training and am up to 9 miles with a couple of weeks to go. Fingers crossed it's a winning run all round!

I started comping seriously around a month ago when i stumbled across the excellent and easy to use Prize Finder website. Since then i can't get another - I just want to WIN WIN WIN. At one point i must admit i was a bit skeptical questioning myself if i was ever actually going to win. Believe it or not that same evening I received an email congratulating me on my win of luxury lingerie. So my advice to you all is never give up because you will win in the end. As my grandma would say YOU HAVE TO BE IN IT TO WIN IT.

Since joining theprizefinder I have won a Jamm doorstop , a Mr Men magazine, Cow and Gate baby food, 2 Tiny Tears dolls and a tatty teddy camera playset. I'm always a bit skeptical about if companies ever actually give out the prizes they offer, but I and all the other winners on here are proof that you can win. Some of the competition sites are so simple to enter anyone can do it! This is by far the best comping site I have found, it is all laid out well with the types of competitions you'd like to enter in catagories, as well as the chance to enter closing competitions still. Sign up now and try it!

I started using ThePrizefinder around October last year and enter on a daily basis. I only enter internet comps as I don't use Facebook or Twitter. Did loads over Christmas but not a thing, than I received an e-mail from Stereoboard to say I had won 2 tickets to see Jessie J at the Eventim (Hammersmith Apollo). My daughter was over the moon, even though she is 22!! I e-mailed to check if they were standing or seating and unfortunately they could not confirm either way. So we ventured into London, through rush hour to see enormous queues outside, not to be deterred we went to collect the tickets from the box office to find that they were seats. My legs would not have taken standing! Not only were they seats, but great ones. Fantastic show, fantastic night. Great win. I immediately e-mailed to say thank you to the team at stereoboard. Thank you Prizefinder for a great hobby.

  • My first win after three weeks

    Dear Prizefinder

I thought I would let you know that after only three weeks as a member and spending just thirty minutes a day filling in comp forms whilst killing time in between classes I received an email yesterday headed "congratulations". Not wanting to get too excited and to be quite honest with the same skepticism as I've had for the last three weeks I opened the email expecting yet another junk email. However, I had won two tickets to see "Harvey" a play at the Birmingham Rep. The email said that my tickets are on the door ready to pick up in my name. So I have to say to others, I only started this to fill in time in between my classes. You see I'm a teacher in a private school with time to kill. Now I have a hobby that is going to give me a nice treat now and again. It will be worth the small effort each day simply to get a little lift every now and again when I open my email account. For the record I started last month, I did 500 comps and it took me about thirty minutes a day. So easy peasy really. No effort and now I can look forward to sitting in the audience watching Maureen Lipman knowing its on them. Great!! All the best STEVE (Stoke on Trent)

As an avid comper, I enter competitions daily, and have had some great prizes - including V.I.P Wimbledon tickets to the centre court, with lavish food and champagne and V.I.P Entry to the Evian suite and goody bags, make up, perfume, clothes, vouchers and...tea bags(well you can't win big every time! :)

This morning I was surprised to receive an email to say I had won a HUGE Christmas hamper worth £180 with a £20 voucher of my choice included, this was from a competition I had entered back in November from "Female first" via Prizefinder. This competition closed on 21st December,so I'm not quite sure why the delay, saying that I love all things Christmassy and I'm eagerly awaiting the delivery at the end of the week!

Thank you again Prizefinder - you are AWESOME xx
