This year I was shocked beyong belief to receive a phone call from a radio station after entering a competition from your website to win flights for 2 to Iceland!
I was over the moon as it was somewhere I'd always wanted to go!! Especially to maybe have the opportunity to see the Northern Lights and go the thermal spas! Sadly, the flights were limited to certain dates and as a Primary School Teacher, I couldn't take time off to take the flights on the specified dates...they kindly gave me the opportunity to give the flights to someone or they would pick another winner. Immediately I knew it had to be my sister, who had recently moved in with her boyfriend and hadn't been away for a number of years! She was absolutely ecstatic and delighted with the prize - they booked their hotel, their time off work and hired a car for the week and sent me emails detailing their amazing trip! Needless to say they had a fantastic trip - they saw the amazing Northern Lights, bathed in the Blue Lagoon spa and took day trips around Iceland admiring the breathtaking views! They were extremely grateful and I am still hoping to go to Iceland myself in the next few years!

So far I've only ever had small wins but this win took the biscuit (literally)!

Yorkshire Tea had hired the Orient Express for 4hrs on the 24th April and I saw this comp on their FB page where you had to just say why you deserved to go. I was so pleased to be one of the lucky few that had won!

I took my best friend along and we started off at London Victoria Station where we met Michael Vaughan! We boarded the Orient at 12.30pm and awaiting for us was the most exquisite afternoon tea, beautiful pastries, champagne and of course copious amounts of Yorkshire Tea!

We sat in our armchairs surrounded by the elegancy of the Orient and watched as the world went by choo chooing along! There was also another famous face on board...Louis from One Direction (cue screams)

The whole day was such a great once in a life time experience and something I never thought I would ever get to do, which is what I love about comping :)
Plus I got a free Yorkshire Tea tea-pot...mug...milk jug...bag.......badge....

I have been working to reduce my weight since the start of the year, and I have enjoyed some lovely wins as a compere since May 2012. In Jan I started losing weight, controlling my calorie intake and swimming weekly and walking on a weekend to and from town. In late May 2013, I won a months worth of Jenny Craig food, a veritable smorgasbord of delights all aimed at calorie controlling weight!! Fantastic!!

Breakfast, lunch and Dinner are all catered for, with varying meals, including Thai chicken, Lasagne, Noodle Pots, Paella, Breakfast Cereals, Snack Bars, Cannelloni.. Honestly, the list goes on!, and each meal is vaccuum sealed in a protective atmosphere meaning I don't need to worry about freezing or chilling anything, just cook and eat! Simples!!

I have lost approximately 2 stone since I started mid January and with the help of the Jenny Craig win, I hope to enjoy another stone before my annual holiday in August!

My only drawback is that alongside this wonderful win... I also won 12 tubes of new Pringles... ack!

We won a family day out to Thorpe Park with Mooch Milkshake. I entered on the Facebook page and had to name a rollercoaster anywhere in the world. Efteling in Holland won it for us.

We had an amazing day out and even though it was showery, it didn't spoil it. First theme park visit for our young son and he loved it. Our daughter also had a ball and loved the Nemesis Inferno.

So thanks to Mooch, also the kids are hooked on the stuff too now, especially the marshmallow flavoured Mooch.

I was never a fan of social network sites but after reading on ThePrizefinder of the wins others had on Facebook my son showed me how to sign up but keep private. I am glad I did as I have had three wins in two weeks! First was a £10 costa coffee voucher from Freederm (I can not use voucher in NI so they sent me a £10 note), next was a box of All Bran Red Berry Crunch from Kelloggs and I have just had an email to say I have won a pair of champagne glasses!

At the end of last year, I felt like the unluckiest person alive! My declining health meant I could no longer pursue my career, and I became unable to do the hobbies I once loved. Desperate to find new ways to spend my time - I discovered comping!

I began in January, but it wasn't until last month that I had the thrill of my first big win! It was an amazing £250 Amazon voucher from Service4Service and I was absolutely over the moon!!

Then, the strangest thing happened! Whilst still revelling in the excitement of my first win, my inbox 'dinged' again, and I'd won again! I could not believe my luck! This time I'd won a fantastic £200 One4All voucher from Ken Rand Furniture!

I was so incredibly grateful and could not believe that I had won twice, all within the space of an hour! I had to pinch myself to make sure I wasn't dreaming! Then, the very next morning, as I was sitting having breakfast and checking my emails, I suddenly saw the most mind-blowing thing! I began blinking frantically at the screen, hardly daring to breathe and before I knew it, my face was tingling and I was starting to black out! My mum ran over to help me, but when she saw what was on the screen, she almost fainted too!

I had won a California Wine Tour Holiday with Lands’ End and Trafalgar, worth £5000!!!

It was a dream come true!

Out of all the competitions I'd entered, this one was the one I'd wanted to win more than anything - and I'd done it!! I'd always promised I'd take my Mum there one day, but I'd almost given up hope that it would be possible!

Now I believe that ANYTHING IS POSSIBLE!!!! :D

I started comping back in November 2011 - I was off ill from work and bored when I found this fantastic site, of which I use practically every day now! I decided to keep track of my wins and have calculated that I have won over £3,500 worth of stuff in this time!!! Some large wins like £1000 worth of shutter, an iPad 2, a huge coffee maker and lots of other smaller wins. I love ThePrizefinder and will continue to use it for a lot longer. Still waiting to win a holiday though.

I joined Theprizefinder a few months ago and had little luck. I had given up for all of 2 months and came back. The very same day I entered about 10 competitions and won three!

First I won a competition on Facebook to receive a £50 set of champagne glasses. Then I entered a competition on Companzee to win £100 to spend at awcycles.co.uk. I entered the competition with 12 minutes left to do so, within 15 minutes I had an email saying I'd won! This in the same day I won a PS3 game for download.

I have attached a picture of what I bought with the £100 voucher, a pair of Oakley Frogskin Limited Edition glasses worth exactly £100. I am yet to receive the champagne glasses but the PS3 game was instant.

A few months ago I went online to look for a competition which was being advertised in a local shop but I was unable to find what I was looking for. By chance I stumbled across the PrizeFinder website. I’ve always enjoyed entering competitions and have won a couple of things in the past but probably never entered more than a handful of comps in a year.
After spending a few nights on the site entering stacks of comps it didn’t take long to figure out how incredibly useful the comp tracker was and so I signed up.
About a month after starting to use the Prizefinder site I received a phone call from Princess Cruises and they told me I’d won a competition to have a meal and a preview of their latest cruises ship the “Royal Princess” in June as part of the ships inauguration, I just couldn’t wipe the smile off my face!
A few weeks later I had an email saying I’d won a Voyager Legend Bluetooth headset which arrived in the post the following weekend.
Soon I was telling friends about my wins and my sister in-law asked me which site I was using, before long she had signed up to your site. This week she text me to say that she had had her first win of tickets to see Cliff Richard in concert!

Hello fellow compers. I have been comping for 9 months but after 400+ competitions entered, all I saw was other people winning. Sometimes, some won multiple times which didn't feel fair as I was still waiting for my first.

Still I kept trying and always believing the mantra, You have to be In it, to win it. It wasn't easy to keep going when you keep waiting for your name and you see someone called. Quite depressing especially when you really wanted the prize.

Today my luck changed. I woke up to winning a packet of all-bran and cried out loud "woohoo!" This was soon followed by some tea samples of Tea India. This already made my day but as they say it comes in 3s.. and this evening I won a Ladies gardening essential kit from trash-media. All are small prizes but their effect was enormous. Have now so much hope and shows patience is the key to future success. Hope its not another 9 months to my next win, but even if it is, I know I can wait for it and won't give up.
