My four year old little girl Neave has won a runners up prize of a £50 Currys/PC World voucher in the Hotpoint recipe challenge competition for creating and submitting a healthy meal recipe which could be enjoyed for breakfast, lunch or dinner.
We chose to make a spinach, pepper and tomato frittata and we had a lot of fun creating it. Neave did everything herself apart from using the cooker and writing the recipe up. I am so proud of her as the competition was judged by Thom Walker who is the head teaching chef at Jamie Oliver's cookery school.
Neave was so excited to hear she had won and has chosen to put the voucher towards buying an Amazon Fire 7 kids tablet which will be great for helping her out with her reading, spelling and counting in preparation for when she starts school in September.
