After no wins for ages, I found out last month that I had won a trip to Oxford at a 4 star hotel for 2 nights including bed, breakfast and evening meal (Masterchef professionals chef!), in a superior room overlooking the river, plus annual pass to Blenheim Palace plus afternoon tea and champagne in the Orangery at Blenheim Palace plus VIP tickets to the International Horse Trials. This is my best win in years. Not only that but I'm extra lucky because the prize had to be taken this Wednesday, Thursday and Friday and if I hadn't taken the time off, I would have gone to work as usual with a good chance that I would have been on the London tube line where there was an explosion today.
