This was a prize of merchandise from the Butterkist purchase necessary competition.
So I duly bought the popcorn and uploaded the receipt; there are monthly prizes and then a main prize of a trip to Sweden.
I then received an email to say I had won a popcorn bucket.
I was surprised by the size of it; despite being marketed as a ‘popcorn bucket’ it’s the size of a small waste paper basket and could easily fulfil this function.
Wicked has become very very popular now that it’s a film as well as a musical.
I did ask my daughter if she wanted the popcorn bucket to use as a waste paper basket asWicked is her favourite musical and she didn’t really want to see the film in case the musical was ‘usurping’ it in her.
However she seemed quite pleased that Elphaba and Glinda had come to visit our house despite them arriving via popcorn bucket rather than broomstick!
