Meet Our Latest Winners!

This month I've had a trickle of small but rewarding prizes for my family and myself including a Hamper of snacks for my toddler, an Oxo mixing bowl, a candle. I also won m first radio competition - £100
Nothing 'big' but my little boy loves getting parcels and we open them together it's fab when he says WOW when I open the boxes! One of those priceless aspects of comping. My final prize this month was a new baby so I'm using the prize finder to make the most of limited free time to try and win some nice bits for us all to enjoy.

I started comping a year ago and despite allot of hard work won a biro in the first 4 months much to the amusement of my family! Over Christmas 2015 I read Super Lucky Secrets by Di Coke which changed the way and type of comps I entered and the prizes started coming in an average of 8 a month since January. This month I have won a 4 piece running set worth over £200 from Sundried and a pBuzz musical instrument from Netmums thanks to theprizefinder, I love the ordered layout of this site. If you are new to comping & not having much luck don't give up, it takes a while to get the hang of it but when you do its a relaxing & creative hobby with wonderful rewards.

I entered a Jazz FM competition in January 2016 for a trip for two people to the Dubai Jazz Festival in February 2016. I entered more in hope than expectation but was stunned to receive the fantastic news from Jazz FM that I had won! The prize ncluded return flights, a 5 star hotel for 5 nights, limo collection to and from the airport and great tickets for every night of the Jazz Festival. My wife and I had a wonderful 5 day holiday in Dubai, stayed in a lovely hotel and did as many tours as we could cram in, and visited the world's largest building, the Burj Khalifa. In the evening we attended the Jazz Festival where we had great tickets and saw some really entertaining acts eg Toto, James, David Gray, Sting and Santana. The picture is the view from our hotel terrace overlooking the Dubai Marina. We had a fabulous few days and I now enter many more competitions, hoping that lightning will strike twice!

I have had a very lucky month as I opened an email last week telling me I had won a SMEG kettle and a SMEG food blender worth in total £229.00. Today I took a call from Heart Fm advising me I had won £1000. Can't wait for October to start to see if I can top this month.

My mum does hundreds of online comps and won an afternoon at a cookery demo by Beko Leisure sponsored by the Guardian. The prize was for two people so she took me. We had a great time watching cookery displays and then eating the results. They then did a prize draw for three people to win a Leisure cooker, I WON. Could have knocked by down with a feather. Mum wasn't very happy but I am.

most of these have been from Facebook and involved a photograph or creative entry so still finding these the most enjoyable and interesting competitions to enter.

I had noticed slime fest competitions in my children's first choice newspaper, and realised it was on dates we were free. I entered that one and had a look on prize finder to see if there were any others. I happened to be in luck! Not only did we win slime fest tickets, we won tickets to the Blackpool lights switch on, tickets to Nickelodeon land, 2 goody bags for the kids and an iPad mini from John Lewis. I was over the moon when I received the telephone call and winning email. The kids had a brilliant time and it coincided with payday so we booked a hotel (which we happened to get a lot cheaper too) to make it a brilliant experience! Competition wins are the best when they make memories. The kids loved seeing diversity twice, fleur east, fat man scoop, the vamps (twice) Aleesha Dixon twice and being on Nikelodeon tv! Loved it!

I won a canvas of one of our best photos of the summer from Pixcel this month (pictured). I also won a great prize for next spring. It wasn't promoted very well- it said it was for tickets to the National Pet Show at the NEC- fair enough- I wanted these after enjoying it last year, but presumably not many people were that interested as it didn't have many entries (not on the FB post anyway). However, when the prize came, it was from a travel company including not just tickets to the show (choice of London or Birmingham), but hotel stay for the whole family, 2 meals, travel, champagne and goody bags!

I was looking through the closing soon competitions on The PrizeFinder Site and found a competition run by Greater Abellio for a 2 night break in Norfolk. I entered and a couple of days later got a winning email to say I had won. They gave me the choice of 3 hotels and after looking at them I chose The Dales Country House Hotel. Also included in the prize was breakfast on both days, a bottle of bubbly in our room and afternoon tea plus First Class train travel with Greater Abellio. We went last week and have a fabulous time and the weather was also wonderful. The staff were fantastic and made us very welcome and our room overlooked the beautiful gardens. It was also on the edge of the National Park so the scenery was stunning. I hadn't won much for quite a while but this prize just keeps you going with this fantastic hobby.
