I have been doing competitions through ThePrizeFinder for a while now. I have won a lot of small things like Fudge hair products, Kingsmill goodies and a Nails Inc cuticle pen. I was almost giving up on getting a big win when I got an email from Watch Supermarket to say I had won their Ice-Watch competition.

I haven't done a great deal on Instagram and to be honest it still remains a bit of a mystery but we had an email a couple of weeks ago to let us know we had beaten 3500 to win the #AmdocsCES9 instagram challenge with a photo taken of my daughter Eleanor imitating some ballet dancers. We just took delivery of our prize - a GoPro Hero 3 camera. It looks amazing, and I can't wait to take it away on our holidays.

I have won some small prizes but it is the small ones that keep you going. I have won a lovely jacket, Heinz tomato seeds, Emma Brigewater mug, limited edition pencil set and my funniest one yet is the bottle of sauce in the photo.

I've been with ThePrizeFinder for two months now and only had a few small wins, but love reading about everybody else's wins! So imagine my joy when £150 of Hobbycraft vouchers turned up in the post! Courtesy of Woman's Weekly. So to those of you who haven't had much luck yet, persevere! It pays off in the end.

I entered a competition to win a bed because my boyfriend has just moved into a new house. It was a Pinterest competition run by Carpetright and Fresh Design Blog, which was actually quite fun to complete! I had to make a board with all of my favourite dream bedroom items on it. I got an email last week to say I had won a bed, the only problem is I thought because I'd heard nothing that I hadn't won one and the night before my boyfriend went and bought a new bed! So now I have a spare bed for a friend!

Really pleased with the win nevertheless!

Overall I consider myself to have been pretty lucky since joining and using ThePrizefinder website. I don't always get consistent wins but the ones I do have are not to be sniffed at, including £1,000 Staples Office Equipment, Claridges Afternoon Tea for Two and a £1,000 cheque from Real Radio. After a couple of wins at the beginning of January however I had a major lull and really started to give up hope when I got to the end of February and despite all my attempts I hadn't even won a smaller prize. I was beginning to wonder whether to knock the competition entering on the head for a while in March when I suddenly had a real spurt of wins including a 2 night break to a hotel in Sussex, £10.00 Amazon voucher, G Star Jeans and some beauty products. I thought my lucky streak must be coming to an end and then today I've been informed I've won some Origins skincare. The 2 night break in particular couldn't have come at a better time as we using this as a treat for when I've finished a rather lengthy 7 years study through the Open University and will finally have my degree!

I didn't realise a comment made by my son Stefan at Christmas and which made us all laugh would actually end up winning a competition a few months later.
Jeego were looking at quotes from children to be turned into an online animated card. At Christmas my son had tried on my festive jumper and when Grandma had told him he would grow into it, Stefan ran into the kitchen to tell me that Grandma says I will grow into it but I don't want too.
I sent the quote to Jeego and was shocked when they rang to say it was the winning quote - The result was stunning an animated Stefan appearing as an electronic card on their online card site.
A really nice and surprise win.

Back in January I was entering competitions from ThePrizeFinder as I do daily and never thought anything of it. I was yet to win from using this site and to my surprise I got an email to say I had won a Kindle Fire from Tesco Tech Support Team, I was over the moon! I literally screamed I had to call them to arrange delivery and the lady I spoke to was so happy for me. A week later it arrived and I was even more gob smacked as it was indeed a Kindle Fire HD and I can now carry on entering comps through my Kindle Fire HD instead of my mobile.
