Share Your April Wins

Well, hello everyone! This is my first Blog post for The Prize Finder, and I am very pleased to meet you all! I am joining at a fun and interesting time – Spring has started to show signs of being sprung and Easter is coming up fast! We all have renewed verve and energy when the sun starts to shine, so let’s all put it to good use and get comping!

March wasn't too bad a month for me – 18 wins including some of my favourites:

  • 8 x Letts Monster Practice workbooks from Families Online (an ideal birthday gift for my nephew)

  • 2 x Ergoflex pillows worth £140 on Twitter (such a lovely treat for the bedroom)

  • A photo canvas from The Family Fever blog (a fab win as we never get round to printing photos)

  • A set of Series 9 Moshi Monsters from the Mummy Bird blog (my daughters were thrilled with this one!)

  • A World Book day bundle from Teletext Holidays on Facebook (will make great birthday gifts for my children and their friends)

Let’s see some of your fabulous March Wins – xtezjoshx had their first win since starting comping in January – A vegtrug Poppy from Kitchen Garden Magazine – well done and hopefully the first of many!  Sloopy123 and frilly_Tilly both won a 12 month subscription to The Week Magazine with 50 Connect, xxme2uxx won a selection of teas from the London Tea Co, kylie1dw won a Polar watch from the Body Fit Magazine website, and good to hear that natcoops90 has done well with skill-based comps this month winning runner-up in the Spam Appreciation contest with a recipe, and a bumper pack of Pilgrims’ Choice Cheese and VIP club membership with a photo comp,  Simple prize draws are easy and fun, but it definitely pays off sometimes to make a little bit of an effort with a competition.

The winner of the most under-rated, useful prize for this month has be gymchick76 who won a pack of Spontex Scourers!  And many congrats to karenwalby who has won a week’s cruise on the Queen Elizabeth in July courtesy of Cunard!  What a great first win for you!

Hi Lish! Been a very slow month for me - what with Easter hols and moving house this week, I haven't been up to full speed. I did win a pair of tickets for the 20th Anniversary Riverdance tour though, which I am chuffed about as its one of my fave shows! We will have a nice pre-Christmas treat and go and see it in December in Southampton! Other than that just a few small wins for me so far this month. Have had the first WEM of the new flat though - a nice Project Space book for my girls! x

After not winning for ages have won twice on the women freebies a £5 sainsburys and just now a £5 marks and Spencer may be third time lucky with one of the big prizes

I love reading all the wins, both the monthly and winning stories. It keeps the comping mojo up. I haven't entered competitions for a while but I am back with full energy...and in two days of entering I won a pint glass and also have had a special delivery red card...can't wait to see what's inside.

a pair of tikets for cirque du soleil in brum husband won them from entering one of local crap leaflets through the door lol not so crap after all :)

Having a good day. 2 emails today - 1 saying I've won a girls liberty print dress and 1 Xbox360 Console and South Park Game, which they tried to deliver while I was at work. Redelivering tomorrow!! Thanks prizefinder

Well after a slump of over 11 weeks I finally won a pair of swimming goggles worth £27 on facebook . My first ever win on facebook , hopefully my luck is changing at last, not had a great start to the year x x

I got a wem today from FHRBOOK.COM to say I have won a easter choccy hamper by the looks of it possibly worth around £30. :)

Well, April has been a good month on the instat wins; 3x£5 on womenfreebies.co.uk, Jelly Belly beans, Heinz tomato seeds and 2xMalteser bunnies on tesco fb!!! All small wins but fun...
On a more serious note, I won £250 worth of Bizzy Bitz toys plus another £250 worth for the local pre-school, so they will be very pleased with that bundle!!!
