Meet Our Latest Winners!

We were on holiday when I received a notification I’d won an overnight stay in London The Standard hotel, a years supply of Heinz tomato sauce and 2 x £125 voucher to use in Heinz’s online store.
We went to London for my birthday and found we were in a fantastic room and that they were including breakfast for us. It was a fantastic choice of pastries and served in a very trendy relaxed atmosphere.
The photo above shows our first voucher choice of £125. I never realised there were so many different choices of sauce and pasta sauces and look forward to spending th next voucher.

After my friend lost her father in late 2022 I told her to give me a year and I’d try and win myself and her a much needed holiday. I set to work focusing on holiday competitions and by the time 12 months was over I hadn’t won any holidays but I knew I could do it and kept up the momentum of doing the holiday competitions all the same. I finally won with TUI in February 2024 and myself and my friend have just come back from beautiful Bodrum in Turkey. This was an Instagram competition for Galentines day aswell as the holiday we also won personalised luggage. The motto of this comping story never give up you will win that prize eventually.

I found out about the McDonalds Surprise Fries comp on the Prizefinder and so thought I would have a go. My first entry was a loser but my second one got me a lovely apple pie which my daughter ate and really enjoyed! Its good that they are warm, too
I love the Fries at McDonalds, but not much else, there, to be fair, so it wasnt a hardship to enter or to eat them!
I hope my chances will improve and next time I may even win a cash prize!! There are so many more up for grabs, and I love the fries, as I say!

I use the Prize Finder listings every day to enter competitions that are close to finishing, and at the beginning of May was lucky in winning a giveaway listed on Instagram. I entered about an hour before the closing time of the giveaway, and just a few hours later received a message to say I’d won! The prize was a skincare set containing a moisturiser, gel serum and foaming cleanser, and is great for my sensitive skin … the company providing the prize were really friendly and I received it quickly. I have been very lucky again this month, Not only did I win family tickets to Britain’s Greatest Palace, (Blenheim Palace) from Marie Claire Magazine, but I also won some F8 Angel Face fast recovery serum from Prima Magazine. I was delighted to receive the e-tickets within a few days and it certainly looks a great day out. I believe the tickets are worth £150 so a great prize. Something to look forward to. I am still awaiting the Angel Face serum, but look forward to receiving it soon. Entering competitions is a great little hobby, that doesn’t need to cost anything. A lovely start to May, when I received the above notification that I’d won a weeks holiday at Eurocamp. Having had many eurocamp holidays when the children were younger, it will be nice to revisit a site as a ‘grown up’ family, as the prize is for 4 adults. It also includes a welcome pack, always useful on arrival and linen/towels, which saves room in the suitcase. The only problem will be choosing which site from the many options! It does include a ferry crossing from Dover to Calais but as we’re considering Switzerland, I’m going to be trying to now win some flight vouchers - hopefully my luck will hold.

These bright sunny yellow crocs arrived today from a competition with Magners cider, I shall wear them summer and winter alike but they will add a bit of sunshine to any day.
Now browsing the Prizefinder site for any more bright and summery prizes that I might be able to enter.
I am thinking an hour or two put into entering a few of the listings might pay off when everyone else is out in the sun.

This month has started well. Some wins have been small and some larger.
On the first of the month I won in the shaero aero competition and am awaiting a chocolate bar for my husband.
Next I won £10 in the Sheba competition.
I was pleasantly surprised when I won in the OXO competition. It was one of those spin to win types and I won a restaurant meal for two. I am still waiting for the full details.
My most recent win was with Kettle Chips. I won a £100 Virgin Experience Voucher. I think I will use this to stay the night near the airport when I go on holiday.
I will be scouring Prize Finder to enter some more before the month ends!

I won 2 nights at the holiday inn in Liverpool in December which I took last weekend. The hotel room was amazing and we both had a double bed each! I also won Prosecco and happy hour cocktails at Tonight Josephine’s and an escape room game at Breakout Liverpool. This was so much fun the Cursed Carnival and we even managed to escape with 4 minutes remaining! I combined 3 prizes in one to make a fun and memorable weekend with my daughter for her 21st. I love comping so I can make memories and do the things I wouldn’t normally afford to do. My daughter is at uni so it is even more special having quality time together.

Thank you so much for your listings! This month I was the winner of a beautiful pair of cowboy boots on Instagram. I entered the day before the giveaway was due to finish, and it was simply a giveaway where you had to like the post and comment and tag a friend. I was already following the company on Instagram, and loved the boots when I saw them, so I was over the moon when I received the message the next day to say I was the winner. They arrived quickly and fit perfectly! I love entering the giveaways listed on Prize Finder, and find it easiest to keep track of which ones to enter by selecting the giveaways that are finishing either on the day or the next day.
