Helping you to win YOUR wishlist!

Last week in our Lucky New Year competitions we asked you to tell us what prizes you would like to win in 2012. We had LOADS of entries and as lots of you seem to have similar wish lists, here are a few competition links to help you win those dream prizes!

Lots of you wanted to win trainers and exercise equipment to start off 2012 with a heath kick! Nestlé are running a HUGE promotion right now, with thousands of prizes including gym memberships, trampolines, XBox Kinects, bikes, Exercise balls, spa breaks and sport equipment. To enter, buy a flashed pack of Nestlé cereal and enter the code from inside the pack at nestle-greenbanner.co.uk - you'll need to post off the code from your pack if you win, so don't recycle it yet! This is a promotion where the first entry after a 'winning moment' wins a prize, so if you're up late at night or very early in the morning it's worth a go. I won a pedometer at midnight yesterday!

Jayne, Poppy and lots of our Twitter followers wanted to win supermarket vouchers - on Facebook you can win vouchers with Costcutter, Tesco - and Lidl are even giving away a trolley dash in store!

And now to some of the more unusual requests:

Jeff wants to win a suit - 'A new suit will be the motivation I need to get out into the real world and start a professional career!' - and Brook Taverner are giving one away every month!

Sara's resolution is 'to find the time to paint again' so I bet she'd enjoy the painting holiday to Portugal up for grabs at Artists and Illustrators.

@VictoriaJayne23 on Twitter says her daughter would like to meet Minnie Mouse, and at The Book People website you can enter a prize draw to win a family break at Disneyland Paris.

Unfortunately I can't help out @lynney88 with her request for a robotic husband or find a prize leprechaun for @TweetieSam - but if you do have an unusual prize on your wish list let me know here on the blog or on Facebook and I'll try my hardest to track it down for you!

Hi Di, hows about a spring clean of your house (preferably all year but I'll settle for a day) or a gardener for the day? Sarah

In my first 4 years of comping I was lucky enough to win three trips to New York with Time Out guides, Maybelline and Miller Draft - so if you keep thinking positive Lee I'm sure you'll win your dream prize (mind you, I haven't been back there since!) Keep an eye out for photo comps or ones that need a bit more effort - one of my friends won a trip to NY last year by making a Statue of Liberty out of bagels!

SuperluckyDi, please can I have some of your luck?!!

Also I am really after winning some tickets to see Les Miserables in London to treat my partner, i've searched high and low to no avail, but perhaps you may have more luck than me? All your help would be greatly appreciated!

Thankyou x

I'll keep an eye out lauzaroo; you should keep checking the Ticketmaster and Lastminute.com Facebook and Twitter pages as they run regular comps - if I see one I'll make sure to add to ThePrizeFinder!

An advertising background is definitely an advantage - I used to work at an ad agency as a designer and wrote a bit of copy too. It inspired me to design my own postcard entries with a photo of me and a caption - I won a few holidays with those, including two trips to Japan! Best of luck with that NY trip!
