Zoflora have just launched a great new competition with NINETY prizes for the top Zoflora tips submitted on their Facebook App! The best tip of all as decided by the judges gets a three day Lake District break.
The prizes up for grabs are 90 Zoflora gift sets comprising of 2 Zoflora fragrances, a trigger spray, household gloves, sponges and pens in a Zoflora bag. It might seem a small prize but the chances of winning one will be good, so it's worth having a go even if you usually avoid creative competitions.
So, how to write a winning entry? Originality is the key - try to avoid the obvious cleaning tips and try to think of something more unusual. Perhaps your tip could be about a quirky pet, or an outdoor hobby? My entry - which I wrote from experience! - was:
If you use cloth nappies, diluted Zoflora is a quick and effective way to rinse out the nappy bucket after putting nappies in the washer!
You also only have 140 characters so you may need to edit and rewrite until it's short and sweet. Take a few seconds to double check your spelling too - most coompers won't bother to do that and if the judges are fussy it might make a difference that your apostrophe is in the right place! You can also click the map to see entries so far to see what everyone else has written.
Submit your tip at www.facebook.com/LoveZoflora - and make sure you enter by 29 October 2012. Good luck!
'coompers' are compers from Bulgaria. Did you not know that? ;o)
I fear that the amount of snack items I've eaten over my keyboard are resulting in me making a LOT of typos lately! There's definitely a bit of Walkers Deep Ridge stuck under the 'C' key!
For some reason the site did not like my christian name! It is a common name, spelt in the conventional way but Zoflora didn't like me! I decided to call myself another name starting with B and it liked 'Bella". I hope that, if I win, they just use my initial in any communication!
That's odd! There's a few Facebook forms now where it won't accept 'Di' as my name because it's too short...
