How's March started for you? Hopefully you're finding our new server a bit quicker and more reliable, and racing through the comps even faster than usual. This month we've got Mothers Day and Easter competitions, lots of these will be creative so hopefully you can rope the kids in to help you with crafts and egg decorating!
On last month's February Wins post we had some big wins from the radio websites we list on The PrizeFinder. Dnevers had an amazing win from Capital FM - a 51 inch TV, trip to Barcelona, iPad Mini AND A Galaxy phone! Am167krp won a £900 spa break with Heart FM, and NIGHTSKY won £1000 to spend on art with Smooth FM! Lucky kimsly won a £500 snowboard, debbieo won £500 to spend at Harvey Nicks (very jealous of this one!) and on our Facebook page you also told us about lots of wins in the Sweet'n'Low and Clover Instant Win competitions, as well as on the Winneroo site!
Good luck for March everyone - feel free to tell us about your prizes (big or small!) as a comment on this post, and don't forget you can win a £50 voucher if you upload a photo on our Winners Story page too. Last month we had a server error and lost a few stories, so if your February story hasn't appeared please submit again for this month - sorry!

I apoligise as this isn't really the right forum for this, but I'm not sure where else to post my question. At the end of January I won a comp through a parenting website for a small piece of bespoke artwork. The website told me the small (one woman) firm offering the prize would contact me but they didn't so I emailed the website, they chased it up and I got a result.
The woman who runs the company did contact me after that but said she was too busy with valentines pieces and would get onto to mine when the rush was over. I still hadn't heard from her at the start of March so I emailed her and very politely asked how my design was going, that was two days ago and I haven't had a reply.
I don't want to be rude and I do understand that it's not a big business I'm dealing with (if it was I'd be more proactive), but I also feel that if you use a comp to gain publicity for your business you should honor the prize. Does anyone have any advice?
I had a similar problem and had to wait 8 months for a photoshoot as the photographer was too busy! I think you need to wait at least a week after your last email, and if you haven't heard, contact her with a deadline for the piece (for example, say it's for a special birthday and give her the date!). You could also CC in the website to your email which should panic her a bit!
Thanks very much for the advice Di, I'll do excatly as you suggest. I still haven't heard anything from her (and like all good compers I check my spam filter often too so it's not in there) so next week I'll email again.
I'm not having much luck so feeling low!!!!! Love reading about everyone's wins, forever hopeful that it will be my turn soon........

Only nine days into March and already I've won Wondershare’s DVD Slideshow Builder Deluxe and a book from Avisberry. This is the first month i've really started taking my comping hobby seriously and entering for lots of comps, so it's been a wonderful surprise to actually win. I'm always checking my email just in case a new win has come through.
I am very new to this and already feel the bug!! I am just not sure if I am doing it right ? I guess I just want to win one thing to prove it is worth it! Bits I am unsure about I know you have to tick the T&Cs but to get a chance of winning do you have to tick all the others news letters etc. also the criptic words, space no space capitals no capitals does it have to be exact to be in with a chance? Please advise if you can. Cheers corn and any other tips
