Happy Easter everyone! You may well have a bit of extra time over the Bank Holiday weekend to enter some seasonal competitions, and Easter is a great excuse to give some skill-based and creative comps a go, and to get the kids involved in a few silly photo shoots...

Here's a few of my favourites:

Bob Books are giving away an iconic rabbit light in their photo competition - you can enter via Twitter, Instagram or Pinterest. Take a photo on the theme of 'egg' to enter. Read more details here - this closes on 30th April.

Tesco are running an Easter craft challenge to win a £50 voucher - you can decorate chocolate eggs or make an Easter basket to enter. This closes at 5pm on Easter Monday - click here for more details.

Upload your best recipe to the Waitrose Facebook 'Easy Easter Lunch App to win a day at the Waitrose Cookery School - winners from each of the six categories: meat, fish, vegetarian, sides, gravies & sauces and desserts will attend on 1st May 2012, and you get £100 towards your travel - find out more here and enter before Easter Monday at midnight!

Tweet your best egg joke to @dhlservicepoint to win a £100 High Street voucher with DHL - find out more details here and enter by Tuesday 10 April 2012.

Upload a photo of your Easter crafts to the Inspiring Transformations Facebook page and you could win a VTech Kiddizoom camera - read more here and enter before 10 April 2012.

These two colourful comps aren't really Easter themed, but as Bank Holidays are family time, you could have some fun organising a photo shoot for them! Red Letter Days want to see photos of your cute kids and you must feature something RED in the photo - the best will win a £200 Red Letter Days voucher (see details here - enter before 10 April 2012. Medela are giving away breast feeding products and to win, you need to upload a photo of your baby wearing YELLOW to their Facebook wall - this one closes on Easter Monday, check out the details here.

Of course, there are likely to be Easter events at your local parks, stately homes and shopping centres too - colouring comps and Egg Hunts are the most popular - so get out and about and see what you can find!

Have a lovely weekend!
