Thank you so much for giving us such a wonderful and easy to use website. This must be a coincidence but I was reading the story Zoe submitted to you and I wanted to say I also won a first edition of the anagraminals book which when I asked to be made out to my two grandchildren, they kindly sent me two books to stop any fighting! I also won a Gary Barlow CD from the meerkats! So Zoe, keep entering your comps and I will continue from this end and hopefully we will get a really big win!

I had one of those red cards put through the door yesterday by the postman as no one was in. Was quite excited as I hadn't ordered anything, so it must of been a competition win and a good one at that as the packet was sent recorded delivery.

So off I trot to the Post Office after work so see what it is. Its quite a big box....what can it be????? Imagine my disappointment when it turned out to be.......four packets of ready salted crisps with my name on! A win is a win I suppose!

I started comping on this site in October this year. I thought to myself "you never know" all the time, until I received my first email telling me that I had won a slow cooker. I was over the moon. Then the same day I had another email saying I had won a signed copy of a first edition children's book Anagraminals, and then a few days later another email saying I had won a copy of Gary Barlow and the Meerkats CD. All this in just over a month from joining this site. Thank you so much for setting this site up. I am now officially addicted to comping now. All I can say is if you have not won anything yet stick at it, it will happen. I didn't think I was ever that lucky having never won anything at all before and just entering the odd competition now and again but now I'm over the moon. I've told friends and family, at first they told me I was wasting my time but now I've told them I won a few things they all want to join! Thanks again for this site guys!

I received an e-mail on Friday 22nd November at about half 5 to say I'd won a PS4, a Braun shaver and £300 worth of Boots vouchers, I entered the competition on The Telegraph website on Tuesday and thought nothing of it! I was having a really bad day but that soon cheered me up. Guess where I'll be doing my Christmas shopping...? :-)

Had a few nice wins which will help in the run up to Christmas... books, and vouchers being some. I won a tablet that I can give the other half and a few nice chocolaty prizes. I also won a cheese knife which I'm quite pleased with as mine had broken, so this is a handy replacement. There are so many competitions around at the moment it is just nice to be able to win a few. I am looking forward to the advent competitions, but expect to be inundated, so will attempt to do them all. Just wanted to thank you for all your hard work and to share my prize details with you.

I have had a break from comping for about 3 years. Work, health, wifes health, kids and life all seemed to get in the way but just recently I have had some spare time in the evenings. Found myself on ThePrizefinder website while wilfing one night and thought I'd give it a go again. 2 weeks in and I have won a pair of tennis socks! And a Kindle Fire HD :-) Good luck to everyone out there.

What do you do once the kids have flown the nest? Go back to what you did before! For me that was comping, and two weeks ago I took it up again after breaking off for a few years.

With Daughter Number One at University and Daughter Number Two enrolled in College I started comping again on the 31st October 2013, courtesy of remembering that ThePrizeFinder.com was a great resource for keeping me busy 24/7.

Last time I was comping I won the Best Christmas Ever with Hasbro quite early on: Decorations; Hamper; Drinks and a 2-week Holiday for 4 anywhere in Europe. This time around? The Currys/PCWorld Promotion Daily pulled my name out of the virtual hat exactly 2 weeks after I started comping again.

So that's 2 Laptops, an XBox One, an i-Pod Touch and a Galaxy 10.1" Note Tablet on my first win! They're in the picture above sans the XBox One, those are in high demand, they will deliver it when they get more stock.

This was all delivered today, and today just happens to be my birthday :)

I'm under no illusions that wins like these are rare, for me maybe once every 18-24 months, but they and all the little wins in between are what make comping so worthwhile for me. But what really keeps me going is reading about all your wins - I check the Blog daily for updates and smile for all of you as your prizes turn up - and that inspires me to keep pressing on with more form filling, captions and battling with Captchas.

I thank ALL of you for all your help and inspiration. If you're thinking of taking up comping for the first time there's only ONE very important rule to remember: "You gotta be in it to win it!"

I was recommended theprizefinder.com by my comp queen sister and as I knew I could definitely make time for fun things to do I decided to give it a try.

I registered last week and after reading lots of the useful tips and suggestions began comping. So many competitions but I heeded the wise forum words and just entered the ones where I wanted to win that particular prize. A day later success... I received an email congratulating me on winning a 1 night stay for two at a lovely London hotel plus tickets to see Josh Osho perform. I am here now and just met Josho Osho himself. Checkout my room.......AMAZING!

Comping is fun and the rewards a bonus. Why didn't I start this years ago! I'm definitely a convert now.

Starteding comp in July and had some small wins like a Cook book, Rastamouse CD, pencil set, THEN came a big one which was the BT movie night comp which included an iPad 4, popcorn machine with bowl and seasonings, 24 bottles of Peroni beer, Star Trek DVD with ears, Pizza Hut voucher and a selection of sweets an chocolates. I love my hobby, I never know what could be next

I've been doing competitions on and off for while. I recently won two items, one being season 4 of the Modern Family, which is such a funny show. I also won a £50 voucher from justanother.co.uk, I bought two t-shirts with that from them.

I'm still hoping to win something like an iPad or a PS4, soon hopefully :)
