Lucky New Year: Jan 1st

My comping resolution is to stop entering competitions just for the stuff I want, such as gadgets and Blu-Ray's. High on the agenda are holiday competitions because my parents are both recently retired and deserve a fantastic holiday of a lifetime!

To start a 2013 spreadsheet and up the ante on all digital SLR comps. Hopefully I WILL win one this year ;-)

Mine is to organise my comping time more efficiently & to enter more blog comps

To only enter for prizes I can actually use - high on my list is a e-reader this year - it was last year as well!!!!

I need to win something!

I'm going to target prizes I want and need, for myself and for gifts and try and do 'searches' for those low entry unadvertised comps, especially on the web. Im also going to try to make unusual postcards, from greetings cards, and boxes and decorate them to catch the eye!

To get better organized,have to hold my hand up to sometimes missing closing dates ,and to take more photos for creative comps and remember to upload and mark them properly!1

Entering more competitions before their closing date and not ruling out email entry competions.

To organise my time better as I seem to spend more time entering lots of competitions than doing anything else. Also a spreadsheet sounds like a good idea.

To diligently use theprizefinder's competition tracker so I don't accidently enter the same competition twice and invalidate my entry.

to hopefully win some big prizes as i never do

To enter skill based competitions and to go for things that I'd really love to win - holidays and spa breaks would be fab.

To try to get my husband into helping me more with competitions, he has been very good at coming up with alternative/ different ideas for caption competitions.

i just tend to enter any competition,but i will focus on stuff i want to win,

My resolution is to start entering more postal comps. I made a start yesterday by posting off my first three. Fingers crossed!

Try and log my entries as I always forget what I've entered and think I waste time that way!!!

To search for competitions for specific things I want to win.

I shall be more positive and keep trying for that fridge freezer I desperately need.

To enter as many comps as possible to try and beat my 2012 total of 101 prizes for the year!

I will make an effort to enter more skill based comps. I used to do really well winning slogan comps when I first began comping. So hopefully a return to using skill will herald a return to winning some top prizes!!

I want to try and get out of the house more and vary where I shop so that I can access competitions from different supermarkets who might also supply different brands to where I normally shop. Most of all I want to remember not to be too downhearted when I dont win a competition that I was "absolutely convinced I would win"!!

give up on voting comps and enter more creative ones. ooh and im definately making a spreadsheet to record my wins this year.

Several comping resolutions:
1)get more organised
2)be more selective
3)start doing more comps that involve effort
4)set aside designated time per day for comps & stick to it.
5)Remember: Quality not quanitity

To simply enter more competitions. I have won a few little prizes but I would love to win a big one.

I'd like to focus more on the things I really want to win, try out more creative comps and try new channels (pinterest, apps).

Enter more comps I have to register for.

If I think 'can't be bothered' about a comp then chances are a lot of other people are reacting the same way, so my New Year's Resolution is to BE BOTHERED and ENTER!

To use my brain and more and enter more tie-breaker competitions and not always enter just the big prizes .
