Lucky New Year: Jan 1st

To try and use my lunch break at work to enter competitions, rather than going shopping. That way I won't spend money and may win something!!

To challenge myself by entering competitions that seem daunting to me or too hard, and to win, win ,win!

To try and remember to use the new comp tracker on PrizeFinder so I don't enter competitions more than once (unless I'm allowed to!).

Quality over quantity - to be more organised and enter for prizes I can use, rather than hundreds of prize draws with small prizes that mean nothing. Good luck to all with your new year comping :)

My mum is also a comper but only enters postal ones because aged 76 she refuses to have a mobile or use the internet. My resolution is to get her using the laptop to see all the prizes she is missing out on and how easy they are to enter through The Prize Finder.

I need to concentrate more on creative comps. They always get left till last minute or not done at all! This year I'd really like to win a holiday.

To enter more competitions when i have free time, I did win a few good things last year, I am normally a pretty unlucky person but last year my luck seem to have changed a little, so i am hoping the luck passes to this year too. i would really like to get into Photo comps. In fact entered my first ever the other day! I won a really good SLR camera a few years ago, and Ive hardly used it. So really no excuses, bar trying to find my creative mind lol

And can i just say ive never heard of google alerts! Off to find some info on it!

To make postcards - and only use second-class stamps for postal competitions. Also to enter as many competitions as possible - to try to save on birthday/Christmas presents.

I want to enter more postal comps this year and skill based comps as i find i tend to win more on these. I also plan to get my 3 children involved with the kids creative comps as i have a little girl who loves drawing and painting and would love to see them bag a prize for themselves.

This year I will learn to use Twitter properly, not just for an entry on Rafflecopter.

I must be entered into my favourite competition. I do select what I wish to win.

I intend to try more caption competitions this year and perhaps ask my husband for help with them.

To win an ipad but i think ive got more chance being struck by lightening than winning one, lol ;) xx

To enter more competitions with qualifiers as I haven't entered many of these in my first year of comping.

To keep up with the comping and chart my success as the year progresses, anything that I win that is not suitable I will pass it on to a friend or family who will really treasure it and spread a little happiness

To put time aside to get to grips with Twitter and enter comps on there.

I need to be more organised to enter all the competitions which I want to win the prizes, I sometimes spend a lot of time on trying to win things I would not really use!!

To search out those competitions which should have a lower entry such as local comps or those requiring more effort.

To organize my comping time again, set aside a time limit and separate it from other times. It has better results when I tried it before, so resolving to be ordered this year.

Mine is to attempt at least 6 skill based comps this year eg culinary or photography ones.

Eat less spend less simple to say so I hope its simple to do. Do more radio comps they seem to give away great prizes.

My comping resolution is to focus and be more specific on the type of prize I want to win, and to do more local comps as the number of entries is usually lower.

I'm going to try and enter more photographic competitions, as they are often lower entry, but in the past I've been too lazy to make the effort!

I firmly resolve to spend 30 minutes of quality quiet time on www.theprizefinder.com each night, entering both new & closing soon competitions.
