I enjoy reading books and this month I have won three competitions where the prizes were books. I had three books arrived in one bundle that I hadn’t even been notified about so that was a lovely surprise. The other books haven’t arrived yet but I have been notified that they are sending them.
I enjoy playing on the Coke Cola App and so far has won 3 Oasis Greggs meals.

Last December I got an email telling me I had won an 8 day river cruise through Red Magazine / Riviera Travel. I honestly thought it was a scam to start off with, as you do. Anyway we got to speak to Riviera Travel and confirm all the details. We chose the Medieval Germany trip which we went on in May. We honestly couldn't believe it and even right up until we go the keys to our cabin we were expecting to be stopped to be told "ha ha it was just a joke" but it really wasn't!! Absolutely everything was included. All we had to do was get to London for the flight. The trip itself was a once in a lifetime experience, as it was worth in excess of £6,300 so definitely out of our price bracket! Everyone we cam across, (both passengers and staff) were all amazing and the food was to die for. It is by far the best prize I have won so far. I have however also followed that up with a honeymoon (even though we have been married for 37 years) to Sri Lanka, which we go on in January 2025. The river cruise was a real bucket list moment though as we had both wanted to go on a cruise but had never been able to do so. We now have the bug however and we want to try a ocean cruise next time. I’ll keep entering competitions to try and win one but in the meantime, as I don’t want to come across as too greedy, we will have a look at booking one!!

I haven't won anything for the last few months but I never lose hope. I opened my email tonight and there was a message congratulating me as I was the winner of the Road Surfer competition and have won £1000 voucher for a campervan hire holiday!! My husband is thrilled as he's always wanted to holiday in a campervan. The voucher is valid until 2028 but we are already talking about either the Lake District or Scotland next year. Thanks to prizefinder for telling me about the competition and to all you fellow campers out there. Never give up as you never know when thar magic email will appear!!!!

I've been using this fab website for a couple of months to find some online comps to enter. I didn't think I would actually win anything and then I out of the blue I received an email from Marie Claire congratulating me for winning a prize. At first I thought it was spam, so forgot all about it but then I had another email letting me know that Royal Mail were delivering a package. I couldn't wait to get home to see what it was. There is some lovely natural skincare - I'm so excited to start using it. I can't wait to see if I can get lucky again soon. Thank you for helping me with my new hobby Prize Finder :-)

I've found Prizefinder really helpful for finding competitions. One of my favourite wins from Prizefinder was a Rock Luggage set, £300 holiday voucher and tent with the Daily Star. The holiday voucher was a staycation with Snaptrip, so we had a weekend break to the Lake District, in a lovely hotel beside the lake. The sofa behind the luggage in the photo was also a win from The Furniture Village, when I won a £1000 voucher, which I found through Prizefinder. I would highly recommend Prizefinder to anyone wanting to find a source for online giveaways.

This weekend I finally got to use a prize I won in the Advent comps back in December! I won 4 tickets to Let's Rock Exeter with Powderham Castle on Instagram and it was yesterday. We took my daughter who is 9 and she loved her first festival experience. The weather was lovely and my childhood dream of seeing Jason Donovan perform was finally realised! A festival is not something we could normally justify spending money on so really appreciate this fab hobby for these opportunities! Next year hopefully it will be Glastonbury tickets!

What a lovely surprise this month to hear from Prima Magazine that I was one of the winners of two children’s books by author Beth Cairns. The books arrived soon afterwards. They are charming stories about Rosie the puppy and her adventures, with colourful illustrations. To make it extra special they are both signed by the author. I know they will be treasured by the newest edition to our family when she is a little older. I seem to have been on a little roll of winning at the moment which is excellent. Hope it continues! I had a brilliant win last month thanks to Prize Finder! I won a bundle of family and kids games from Tomy on Instagram. I won Rapidough, Articulate for Kids, The Game of Saying Huh, and Pillow Bash. We love playing games as a family so this is an ideal prize for us, and I was so pleased. We’re saving them until the summer holidays that the kids can be entertainer with new games over the long school break. I love that comping allows us to enjoy things that we wouldn’t otherwise have xxx thanks Prizefinder xxx

This book arrived a few days after I was notified of the win. It was a newly released thriller. It was from a competition on Money Magpie that you recently featured. I love winning books to read as you often get something different from the run of the mill, Just starting reading this but I can already tell that I will enjoy the read.
Next I am going to go through the book prize listings to see if I can manage to do it again.
So nice in the summer to sit in the garden and relax now and again.

We were on holiday when I received a notification I’d won an overnight stay in London The Standard hotel, a years supply of Heinz tomato sauce and 2 x £125 voucher to use in Heinz’s online store.
We went to London for my birthday and found we were in a fantastic room and that they were including breakfast for us. It was a fantastic choice of pastries and served in a very trendy relaxed atmosphere.
The photo above shows our first voucher choice of £125. I never realised there were so many different choices of sauce and pasta sauces and look forward to spending th next voucher.
